Lincoln Method’s EdTech is now being used by trainers!

Trainers like I&B Consulting, are now choosing to include Lincoln Method’s online assessments and video tutorials, as a part of their training program.

Lincoln Method collaborated with Fauzia Kerai Khan, a Senior Consultant at I&B Consulting, to create a customized EdTech training program. This was used to elevate the skill level of the manager level staff at Jubilee Life Insurance.

A training course titled Emerging Leaders Program was created and administered to 42 team members at Jubilee.

In this course, Lincoln Method was asked to create situation judgment tests on the following competencies:
– Excellence
– Passion
– Integrity
– Teamwork

Lincoln Method’s algorithms were also used to identify third-party training tutorials that were pegged to the situation judgment tests. As a result, this allowed the learners to take the tests and also watch relevant video tutorials to help elevate their skill levels.
