CadreDNA & 3 iHR – Powering Social Engineering

Once urbanization of a city has started, it becomes necessary to use a complex framework to decree, implement, and manage manpower related policies.
We developed a complex framework using Saleem Qureshi’s Integrated HR (iHR) approach, which constitutes of 3 layers. These are:
- Integrated layer
- Interfaced layer
- Independent layer
These layers allows for national benchmarking, and provides policy makers with better control over eGovernance issues.
While working on our Saudi engagement, we created a manpower management structure for Cadre (an arm of the Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority), and labeled it CadreDNA, this has provided us with a powerful metric for inter-framework collaboration.
