HireLabs COO at the EA Seminar: The Partnership Model

Saleem Qureshi, COO at HireLabs Inc., talked about The Partnership Model in length at The Super Secretary seminar held on the 4th of April 2009, at the Marriott, Karachi .

The partnership model (Wisinski, Jerry: Building a Partnership With Your Boss, 1999 AMACOM) is a path that takes the executive assistant and the executive manager through four critical stages of relationship development – The Empowerment Process.

Based on the above idea, The HireLabs Executive-Assistants Partnership Model (Hire-LEAP) has been developed to examine and address demanding relationships between Executive Management and their Assistants. Hire-LEAP uses a Synergy-based Participatory Research (SBPR) process which involves equitable engagement of representatives from all sides of the order in all phases of the research and intervention process.
