The HR team at National Foods wanted to run a management trainee drive for 2 main reasons:

  • To induct top fresh talent into the organization
  • To build an employer brand

They wanted to test a large number of candidates across 144 universities.  For this, they needed an online testing service that could be integrated with their career site. The HR team also wanted 5 customized job tests where each question was to be based on the day to day job situations at National Foods.
