HBL integrates with Tested Talent pre-employment testing platform

HBL has 14,000 employees and growing, in order to grow and to maintain a certain quality, the best option is to have their own Online pre-employment testing system

A True Story
HBL is an equal opportunity employer and wanted to allow candidates from across the region to apply for their jobs, and therefore they approached TestedTalent, HBL wanted all the candidates to take an online pre-employment test, when they applied

However there was a twist in the story!
There was a Technology challenge, HBL already had a robust HR technology, and the only way TestedTalent could win the project was to make its technology talk to the bank’s existing HR technology.
TestedTalent called in all of its technical engineers, to come up with a workable solution tailored to HBL’s specific needs. Fortunately, HBL liked the solution provided by TestedTalent and awarded the contract to TestedTalent

At the end over 4,600 candidates applied for jobs through HBL’s website, and all of them were screened online by TestedTalent. And the final results were available on HBL’s HR management system

Now that is an happy ending to a true story!
