The HireLabs Condensed Competencies Model
The condensed model forms the basis for the HireLabs Management & Leadership Profile Instrument used in managerial and leadership assessments. The Model is based on the 7 broad categories of Management Competencies as recognized by PRO-NET 2000 .
Lead by Example: Do the job. And do it well! Employees have to know that their leader has what it takes to do the job.
Walk the Talk: Leaders must demonstrate that are committed to what they undertake. Walking the talk requires a willingness to get more out of even the mundane of tasks. Their hearts, minds, and bodies must be aligned.
Weather the Storm: Demonstrate resilience. Against ALL odds – personal or otherwise. Face challenges. Embrace adversity. They need to know when to let go. Be decisive, Diplomatic, Sensible. Bringing teams together on the same page will put leaders in absolute control of any situation.
Team first: Leaders value collaboration. Credits are shared with the team. The team belong together. Credible leaders are accountable.
